Build Your Own Foreground Gibbs Sampler
Jupyter Notebook can be found on Github here. A preview of the notebook can be found below.
A jupyter-notebook created for the Component Separation Course held yearly in Oslo. The notebook introduces maximum-likelihood methods and sampling algorithms as a framework for Gibbs sampling. A series of exercises are created to familiarize the user with the practical sides of building a Gibbs sampler to carry out microwave sky component separation on a simulated sky pixel using a variety of sampling algorithms. Feedback is always welcome.
