Upcoming: Planck HFI
Planck HFI represents the state-of-the-art in full-sky sensitivity, angular resolution and systematic error control, covering six frequency bands from 100 to 857 GHz. Integrating this landmark dataset into the Cosmoglobe model ranks among the most important goals of next-generation Cosmoglobe processing.

-
Open to all interested parties; new collaborators very are very welcome!
Project scope:
- Develop Commander TOD instrument model for Planck HFI, by extending and generalizing the existing BeyondPlanck LFI module
- Re-process all six HFI channels jointly with LFI, WMAP++, and publish new posterior based sky maps and distributions
- Integrate into Cosmoglobe Sky Model
Features to be developed:
- Bolometer transfer function deconvolution
- ADC non-linearity corrections
- Gain modelling
- Cosmic ray glitch modelling
- 4K line modelling
